Questions about Rescheduling?
We know life gets busy and plans change, and you may sometimes need to move or (gasp!) cancel your class with us. When that happens, here are some things to keep in mind:
If you would like to reschedule your reservation just send us an email at Chicagofirstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
-Name on the reservation
-Date and time of original reservation
-Date and time of the class you would like to reschedule to
Keep in mind that we have a strict 72-hour cancellation and reschedule policy so you must notify us of your rescheduling prior to 72-hours before your original reservation. Please note, we cannot keep an open credit from a credit card charge on your account so we MUST have a reschedule date established before we can cancel your original reservation.
How to redeem a Groupon online:
(1) Click the golden "sign up for a class" button above,
(2) Select the date and 1 spot (all voucher sign ups must be registered under and each individuals student profile),
(3) Search for a class time that works for your schedule,
(4) Enter your registration information where prompted,
(5) When it asks for payment, select "Voucher" and enter your bar code number (this is an 8-digit number found just below the barcode on your voucher, not the Groupon number, which has letters as well as numbers in it). Without the bar code number your reservation will not be complete! We want to get you flying as smoothly as possibly so please don't forget to enter your bar code number!
(6) Rinse and repeat for each member of your group!
NOTE that our system is not linked to Groupon, so your confirmation email will tell you that there is a balance due! This is rarely the case unless your groupon has expired -- when we receive your signup, we will redeem your groupon in our office. If there are any issues, we will be sure to call or email you!
