Whether you are looking for a small party with a few friends or planning an all-out extravaganza, TSNY Chicago is here to create a unique and engaging experience that will have your guests raving!

TSNY produces distinctive parties at our stunning Chicago Park District location. Flying trapeze – along with the option for a variety of additional fun, unique activities – will create an experience your group will never forget.

Our events are available for groups of all sizes, and can be customized to meet your needs. We are happy to host:

Groups of ten or fewer
If you have fewer than ten participants, reserve the required number of spots in a regular two-hour flying trapeze class. (Note: remaining spots in class will be available for other students.)

Weekdays: $65 per person
Weekends: $75 per person

If you have a total of ten participants, or have fewer but want to keep the party private, reserve all ten spots in a regular two-hour flying trapeze class.

Weekdays: $650
Weekends: $750

Availability is based on the posted schedule, and reservations can be made online. Additional participants in private classes (beyond the 10 reserved spots) can be added for the per person fee at the time of class or at the time of booking.

Build a Party: 11-20 people
Simply Flying

Private 1hr event for up to 15 participants, flying trapeze only, no catching:

Weekdays: $585
Weekends: $675

Private 2hr event for up to 20 participants, flying trapeze only, no catching:

Weekdays: $845
Weekends: $975

All Stars

2hr event for up to 15 participants, flying trapeze + extra activity OR 3 non-flying activities:

Weekdays: $1075
Weekends: $1225

Large Parties: 21 or more people

High Flyers

High Flyer events, for 21 or more participants, start at 2hrs and may have an expanded time frame depending on the number of participants. These events can incorporate flying trapeze as well as additional aerial and ground activities, or can include a mix of aerial and ground activities only. Availability depends on finding a suitable time frame within the class schedule. We customize each event to fit our customers’ needs and wishes, with pricing starting at $99 per person plus 15% gratuity. This includes digital photos taken throughout the event by a staff photographer. Package add-ons include additional activities, videography, décor, catering, apparel, aerial performances, and more!

Party Policies

Weather

We strongly recommend booking your event at our indoor location at Broadway Armory Park in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood so that poor weather doesn’t have a chance to wreak havoc on your carefully planned event. Events booked at our outdoor location on South Belmont Harbor cannot always be moved indoors due to poor weather.

For parties of 20 or fewer people: Because we never know what Mother Nature is going to do, we do try to hold all parties and classes as scheduled, regardless of the forecast. If we decide that the weather may not let up, we may put the party on Weather Warning. A Weather Warning status would be issued no more than 2 hours before the party is scheduled to begin. If your class is put on weather warning, you have the option to wait it out, or to reschedule your party for another date.

For parties of 21 or more people: We will provide a rain date for your event, should your event be cancelled by TSNY due to weather. This rain date will occur at least 2 weeks later than the originally scheduled date, depending upon availability. The exact date and time for the rain date will be specified in your event contract.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is strict and varies depending on your event. Please see the full policy here for the cancellation timeframe for your type of event. Please read our cancellation policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions before booking any class or event.

Note that full-class bookings, private events, and large group events have an expanded cancellation timeframe.

Waivers
All participants must sign a waiver to participate in activities at TSNY Chicago. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.
